(Japan, Osaka) Looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager (French Restaurant) for a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure operational efficiency within the F&B department by providing smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist the leadership team of the restaurant in achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
• Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling in order to maximize rates.
• Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
• To follow Company procedures when handling cash, credit cards and cheques.
• To see guests concerning all complaints and report all complaints to Manager.
• To gain customer feedback at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years previous work experience in similar positions in French Restaurant in a luxury hotel is preferred
• Preferably candidates who can speak Japanese Language (a Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: JPY 400,000 - 450,000 (Approximately USD 2,534 - USD 2,851) (Negotiable based on experiences)
Commuting Allowance: Provided up to JPY 40,000/month
Relocation Allowance: Provided up to JPY 500,000 (For Resident outside of Osaka)
Annual Paid Leave: Provided
Medical Insurance: Provided
